I work with People For Change, Jamshedpur Queer Circle a safe space for LGBTQIA+ community, and with Safe Access. As a Peer Support Provider, my role is to provide the Support Seeker with a safe space where you can freely express and explore your emotions and then help you reduce your emotional distress. My aim is to support you as a fellow queer person and to help you realise your own resources and agency in assuring your well-being.
Sumit is based out of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. He works for the "People For Change" organization and has five years of work experience in the development sector.
